Please read all of our terms &conditions carefully. When you purchase any of our product you are agreeing to all of our policies as outlined below.

A lot of our produce is seasonal and sourced weekly therefore, there may be slight changes in the menu from week to week. If anything is ever unavailable, we will always substitute or use more of a certain product to compensate and therefore there may be differences to the images on our website.

When any of our products are received please keep chilled and consume within 2 days. It is the responsibility of the customer to dispose of food if kept unrefrigerated beyond 4 hours, to comply with UK food standards. By agreeing to these terms and conditions the customer is agreeing to dispose of any food after this period. ArtFoodKichen will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions to our food consumed after this time. 

Please let us know of any allergies during booking process and we will do our best to accommodate however, we always advise our customers that we cannot guarantee that specific items have not come into contact with such allergens as there is a high risk of cross contamination.

If you or your guests/clients have a severe allergy please beware that we cannot guarantee if a product is completely free of traces of the main 16 allergens listed below:

Celery
Cereals containing gluten (including: wheat, rye, barley and oats)
Crustaceans
Eggs
Fish
Lupin
Milk
Molluscs
Mustard
Tree nuts (including almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts)
Peanuts
Sesame seeds
Soybeans
Sulphur dioxide and sulphites

ArtFoodKitchen is not responsible for any adverse reactions to our food if we have not been forewarned of any allergies or dietary requirements in the booking process.

Any bespoke and larger products/services that are being purchased from ArtFoodKitchen will require payment upfront. All large bookings need to be made at least three months prior to the date required.  

ArtFoodKitchen do not accept returns of any products due to all items being freshy prepared and perishable. If any item received is incorrect please contact us within a 6 hours period of receiving the product so we can make adequate arrangements to replace or refund you. We will required images of the above. 

We are unable to process cancellations. For any order changes such as a date, we can do this just contact us via email. If there are any other issues please feel free to contact us. 

Any larger/bespoke orders that need to be cancelled two months or more before the event will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds if you inform us of a cancellation within the two months of the chosen date. However, we may be able to offer a date change providing there is availability within our calendar. 

Should an event need to be cancelled due to Covid-19, the above still applies. We will offer an alternative date. Once this date has been moved, we are unable to change this multiple times and should there be a cancellation, no refund will be provided.

Due to the high volume of requests for Bespoke Grazing Displays, we are unable to hold dates.

We do not provide or include Biogradeable Plates, Cutlery and Napkins complimentary for any purchases with us. If you would like to include this, please request us to include this additional cost to your order.

ArtFoodKitchen products are hand-made and freshly prepared on the day. They are very fragile and therefore need to be ‘hand-delivered’ not shipped. 

  • We ‘hand-deliver to ALL postcodes within Derby. Please get in contact if you are outside this delivery-range. 
  • We are unable to provide a delivery window but we’ll try to accommodate the time of delivery that suits you best. 
  • We’ll attempt delivery at the address provided, please ensure the correct address has been entered. If no one answers the door the following options will be followed out in this order:
  1. We will always call the number provided. 
  2. Delivery will then be attempted with a neighbour 
  3. Finally, Delivery will be left on the doorstep. 

The above may not be possible to leave outside a doorstep for example, block of flats or office building.

We always aim to deliver within requested time slot however, during busier periods or if other external factors play a part such as adverse weather or traffic delays deliveries may take a bit longer.

We work on many products weekly and often take images and videos. For any order with us, including brand or corporate we often post this on our social platforms (Instagram, Facebook etc.) ArtFoodKitchen must be notified prior to commencing of any project if any work is not to be included on social platforms. 

The best way to contact us is directly via email – hello@artfoodkitchen.co.uk  We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours during our working hours Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. This response time may increase during busy periods e.g Christmas, Easter etc.
